•Trade-up is a permanent upgrade program that gives Citrix XenApp customers a cost-effective, low risk path to leverage their XenApp investment and move to XenDesktop. The Trade-up includes 2-for-1 and 1-for-1 User/Device options and a 1-for-1 CCU option. Trade-up offers more than 70% savings on XenDesktop, with the highest savings received by trading up all licenses and taking advantage of the 2-for-1 offer.
•Trade-up PLUS is a new, permanent program that gives Citrix XenApp customers the most cost-effective, low risk path to gradually expand their adoption of XenDesktop. The customer must trade-up all of their eligible licenses and purchase new XenDesktop user/device or CCU licenses for more users in a single order to be eligible for Trade-up PLUS. Trade-up PLUS gives customers all of the savings associated with trading-up all of their licenses plus a 10% savings on new XD licenses when the customer buys additional licenses to reach more users.
•Trade-up MAX is also a new, permanent program that gives Citrix XenApp customers the most cost-effective path to invest strategically in enterprise-wide adoption of XenDesktop. The customer must trade-up all eligible XenApp licenses to XenDesktop and buy new XenDesktop U/D licenses for ALL remaining computer users in a single order to be eligible. Trade-up MAX also gives customers all of the savings associated with trading-up all of their licenses and a 35% savings on new licenses when the customer buys additional licenses to expand their XenDesktop deployment to reach all of their remaining computer users.
•Trade-up RESTART is a limited-time promotion for 2011 that is targeted at customers with expired SA. It gives Citrix XenApp customers a cost-effective way to re-invest in Citrix and begin moving to XenDesktop. Trade-up RESTART includes 2-for-1 and 1-for-1 User/Device options and a 1-for-1 CCU option for customers with expired Subscription Advantage (including reinstatement and recovery). Trade-up RESTART allows customers with expired SA to save $50 off the expired SA Trade-up price throughout 2011.
